General presentation

SABLE VERT commercialize fair products, bio and in solidarity : fresh dates from Iran, figs from Zagros, saffron from Iran, épine vinette, coffee from Peru and henna from Kermann. SABLE VERT produce a range of smashed and unsweetened fruits made with dates, mangos, oranges, strawberries and apples...in partnership with the actors of the fair trade and with the North/ South producers.

We are a team of professionals from different origins, sensible to the necessity of finding alternative proposals to make the Economy help the Human and his development.

So, we chose to promote the commercialization of products coming from local development project, in partnership with the actors in solidarity (local and international associations, cooperatives, groups of farmers, etc...).

However, we wish to go further in our ethical approach of international trade, not only in being fair, but transforming it in a real motor for a sustainable and responsible development.

We commit ourselves to reinvest a part of our incomes in local projects that will be a benefit for the populations (Health, education, infrastructures...). That will be possible thanks to our partners, in order to generate local financial resources for these vital actions.

We are confident as well that our action shall not stop at the boarders of the Developing countries. We decided to organize ourselves in SCOP (Cooperative society of Production) in order to encourage the job creation. That is for us the fair and in solidarity economy.

Sustainable development and respect for environment are inseparable: We mainly focus the choice of our products, which follow strict quality criteria.
