Our products for this year

Every single product comes from a traditional crop and excludes the use of the chemical products of synthesis before or after the picking. We commit ourselves for the process leading to the certification of biological farming.

Fresh Dates
Mazafati from Bam

Grown up for millenaries in Iranian oasis of the region of Bam, holy fruit of Zarathustra with an unctuous, soft and fruited flesh, it is blessed for his unique flavor, for how typical of its land it is. These are the reasons why it is so different from other dates and why it will complete perfectly your range (certification ECOCERT)

Figs of Zagros

Cultivated in the mountain chain of Zagros, shaping the western frontier of Iran, from Kurdistan to the Persian Gulf, the fruits are naturally made dry on the tree, picked up as soon as they are fallen between August and September. The drying is rounded up at the sun. Product of conservation- free, of a homespun look, firm at eating and soft in the mouth, they can be eaten at the breakfast, at the afternoon snack or during the aperitif and as a delicacy (In project ECOCERT)

Saffron

Few stigmas suffice to flavor and color "bouillabaisses", fish, plates of rice and cakes. It keeps its flavor longer than in powder. Dry it few minutes before the use to re hydrate it.
Saffron is the most expansive of all spices. Its price is justified by the fact that it is needed to pick up 150 000 flowers to obtain 5 kilos of stigmas in order to prepare 1 kilo of Saffron!

Epine-vinette

The épine-vinette is tonic and diuretic, it acts also on the obstruction of the liver.
As well: Vomiting, queasiness, icterus, constipation, metrorragie, varicose, drop, rheumatisms, hypertension. You could add it as well in cereals at mid baking (millet, rice...).

Coffee from Peru

Biological or bio-fair coffee from Peru, it is 100% Arabica from many origins.

 

Henna from Kermann and from Yazd

Known and used from times beyond the limits of memory for its protective and beauty qualities for the hair, the skin and the nails. Product 100% natural, made from Lawsonia Inermis, jujuglan ( nut husk), zizifus, chamomile and other plants. It strengthens and protects from itching and dandruff, from cold and damp, and from ultra-violet rays. Bactericide, it erases as well bad smells in the sensible zones (foots, armpit...).

Commercializing the above products, you would support young Iranian women graduated from the "School of Agriculture" in their training on environmental issues and local development, on their projects of financial and social autonomy. This action is backed by the "SPF", partner we work along with.
